Ingredients:
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- ¾ cup vegetable oil
- 2 cups grated carrot (about 3 medium carrots)

- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt

Instructions:
