Ingredients:
For the Dough:
- 2 cups (250g) all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup (80ml) vegetable oil
- ½ cup (120ml) warm water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
For the Filling:
- 150–200g chocolate spread (Nutella or similar) – chilled
Instructions:
- Make the Dough:
- In a bowl, mix flour, oil, warm water, vanilla, and salt until you get a soft dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
- Roll & Fill:
- Roll the dough very thinly on a floured surface.
- Cut circles (approx. 8–10 cm), place a spoonful of cold chocolate in the center.
- Fold and seal the edges carefully.
- Bake:
- Place on a tray with parchment paper.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 6–8 minutes. Don’t overbake – they should stay pale.
- Cool Slightly & Serve:
- Best served warm for the chocolate to ooze!
